Malvin Chimutengo leads Terre Verde Carbon Consulting as Chief Executive Officer, driving the firm's strategic direction and day-to-day operations across Zimbabwe and the broader African continent.
With deep expertise in climate finance, carbon markets, and sustainable development, Malvin is committed to positioning Zimbabwe as a leader in Africa's green economy transition. He oversees client relationships, project delivery, and the firm's expansion into new markets across the region.
Malvin is passionate about unlocking Zimbabwe's extraordinary natural capital — its forests, wetlands, and agricultural landscapes — and channelling that value into genuine climate action and community benefit.

Executive Chairman & Technical Advisor
Benjamin Chimutengo serves as Executive Chairman and Technical Advisor at Terre Verde Carbon Consulting, providing strategic oversight and deep technical guidance across the firm's carbon consulting and ESG advisory practice.
A recognised authority on African carbon markets, Benjamin brings extensive experience in carbon project development, net zero strategy, and ESG reporting frameworks. He has advised organisations across Zimbabwe, Southern Africa, and internationally on their climate transition journeys.
